With one of our affordable Support Subscriptions you get a piece of mind and your own personal technician. Every month our technicians will perform and complete tune-up remotely. At no additional charge for "ADVANCED" and "ULTIMATE" subscriptions, you get Remote "Help Assistance so you get immediate help and fix your computer without having to wait for a technician or having to transport it to a repair shop. Support Subscriptions are like having insurance and protection when you need it. You also get reduced labor rates if we are unable to fix your problems remotely.

Help Assistance (Phone-Remote)

Get immediate help and fix your computer without having to wait for a technician to show up or having to disconnect everything and transporting it to a repair shop. We can Tune-up your computer, remove viruses, remove pop-ups, clean your hard drive, install software, perform diagnostics, configure printers and much more. Requires and active internet connection. If you can't access the internet contact us for an onsite appointment at your home or business.

Virus Removal (Physical-Remote)

We are virus and other malware removal and prevention specialist. We can remove viruses and other types of malware from your computer and then guide you so you have a much less chance on getting infected again. If you have an active internet connection this can be done by Remote. If you can not access the internet, contact us for an onsite appointment at your home and business.

Computer Repair (Physical-Remote)

With over 20years’ experience building and repairing computers, we can perform diagnostics to pinpoint a problem and repair it. We can upgrade hardware and software. PC and Laptop computer repair, Hard drive Replacement, Motherboard replacement, Video cards, diagnostics, memory upgrades and more.

Data Recovery (Physical)

If your hard drive crashes and will not boot up we offer affordable Data Recovery. We can recover files, folders, pictures, documents and anything else from a crashed hard drive. Once we get your hard drive on our test bench, we will know if we are able to recover your data. If we can't read data on your hard drive, then we will not charge for our service. Save $1,000's and give us a try.

Onsite Services (Physical)

If you live in the San Diego County area we can come to your home or business for repairs, diagnostics, upgrades. We offer hourly or flat rate pricing whichever saves you $$. If you are a current Support Subscription customer, you get discounted and capped labor rates. Due to COVID-19 and our technician recovering from cancer treatment, we will not enter inside a home or building. We will receive your computer(s) at the front door or a previous agreed upon designated drop-off location. Masks are required, sorry no exception. We also ask that all computers be wiped down prior for safety purposes. We hope we can remove this restriction soon, so everyone can get back to normal.
